The process of design and production of a play was appreciated, with innovative ways such as background music and considering ideas from the audience in rehearsals. Time management, increasing proficiency in acting, and being a risk taker in life were all learned from the earlier mistakes. The play gave the audience a deep sense of connection and spirit of serving their communities. Leadership lessons were learned through the play, such as a sense of purpose of work, being authentic, passionate and emotional, focusing on few things, managing emotions, Sense of yourself, your aim, and mission in life, speaking valuable and letting others listen and follow your rules, sometimes leading by giving power to someone else, and not stepping in with solutions too quickly and once trying them beforehand. “I dreamed a dream in time gone by”.
